In order to be more organised, Companies put-in structures, process, procedures and policies. Benchmark best practices, struggle to adapt to changes around and inside the organisation and forgets very important dimension of Collaboration.

Here  collaboration implies both hardware and software (people) and personalities at work. Only collaboration can make the business going.  

GLADES  would like share some background about the genesis of Complexity & Collaboration facilitated by GLADES  for  NDPHC.

We developed a unique process for understanding business challenges in exploring collaboration including brainstorming on business challenges in hand across the function. Used Organisation structures,, reporting in the process of invoke serious analysis includes deeper understanding of personalities leading functions.   

 

 

Although every organization has a very unique business DNA which is difficult to change, but awareness on its practices, technology, history, culture, decision making, empowerment understanding can create compelling reason for collaborations.
